About the event
GovernmentDX is a unique conference that brings together global technology leaders to share insight and intelligence on how technology can be used to drive innovation and deliver high-quality public services for customers.
Governments across the world face a series of complex challenges, with a need to reshape services with modern technology to meet the needs of the 21st century.
These demands come amid global uncertainty and pressures on public finances from higher interest rates and aging populations putting increased demand on services.
GovernmentDX will bring together senior leaders from across the US federal government and from around the world across two days to share solutions to these challenges.
It will provide insight on how the White House’s Delivering a Digital-First Public Experience policy guidance can be implemented through adopting new technologies and setting standards to deliver online tools and experiences that meet today’s expectations.
The conference will examine four key elements to transforming digital government service delivery:
- Modernizing government technology
- Bolstering cybersecurity
- Better using data and AI
- Improving design and delivery of public services for customers
The conference will take place over two days. An open conference for public servants sharing insight on the transformation journey that US federal agencies – and international peer governments – are on, followed by a day of roundtables held with senior US government officials to identify shared challenges to transformation – and how they can be overcome.
